Are these real CogAT questions?
No. These are original CogAT-style questions written for format familiarity. They are not actual test items.
What grade are these for?
They are roughly grades 1–3 level. The reasoning types continue across levels, but the difficulty changes by age and test level.
How should my child use these?
Keep the set untimed. Try one item, open the worked answer, talk through the reasoning, and revisit misses calmly later.
Where are the nonverbal CogAT sample questions?
Nonverbal items are visual. Use the Practice Lab for figure-matrix, pattern, and spatial reasoning practice; fuller nonverbal sets are planned for the workbook.
