How every page earns its place.
We make finite books with original questions and worked explanations. Our workflow uses AI-assisted drafting and review, automated checks, and visual inspection. These checks reduce errors; they do not make a workbook infallible.
From idea to printed page.
A clear question, distinct choices and a defensible explanation.
- Step 01 — Author
Authored and shaped.
Every item is created originally for Reasonwell and shaped around the real structure and logic of tests like the NGAT and CogAT — never scraped or recycled from a question bank.
- Step 02 — Automated Checks
Automated duplicate-answer and rule-consistency checks.
Software catches formatting errors, duplicate answer options, and structural inconsistencies and helps align questions with their answer keys.
// Checks for: duplicate options, answer key alignment, figure rendering. - Step 03 — Reasoning & layout
Check the explanation and the page.
Review checks whether the stated rule leads to the keyed answer and whether the printed figures remain clear. AI-assisted review is part of this process; we do not claim a human editor has reviewed every item.
- Step 04 — Publish
Published to be owned by you.
Once approved, items are typeset into a finite, physical workbook. You buy it, you own it — no subscriptions, no expiring access.
Our quality principles.
These are the criteria we use to assess and improve the materials.
No duplicate answer options
We verify that every multiple-choice option is distinct and that the correct answer isn't accidentally duplicated.
One defensible answer
Each question should have one answer supported by the stated rule. If you find an ambiguous item, tell us so we can investigate.
Age-appropriate language
Vocabulary and instructions are checked against the target grade level, so we're testing reasoning — not reading comprehension.
Explanations a parent can read aloud
If an explanation needs an expert to decode, it fails. We rewrite until it's calm, clear, and genuinely helpful for a parent.
A straightforward agreement.
What you can expect when you use our materials.
You own the book — no subscription.
When you buy a Reasonwell workbook, it's yours. No auto-renewals, no expiring digital access, no cancellation friction.
We publish errata, openly.
If we find a mistake in a printed book, we fix it — and publish the corrected pages openly, so you always have the best version.
Honest reviews only.
We never pay for reviews, gate them behind a paywall, or inflate ratings. If we have zero reviews at launch, that's the truth.
Spotted a mistake? We want to know.
We treat transparency as a feature. Found an error in one of our workbooks? Email us at support@reasonwellpress.com or use the report form, and we'll confirm it and post a correction.
Report an error →Parent questions about our standard
What happens if a printed workbook has an error?
Reasonwell publishes errata and corrected pages openly, so families can use the best available version.
Why does Reasonwell avoid subscriptions?
The editorial posture is finite practice: buy the workbook, own it, and avoid auto-renewals or expiring access.
